FAQ
What are EVOA Exosomes?
What is the difference between EVOA, EVOA FX, and EVOA FR?
Are these products exosomes or stem cells?
EVOA products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) Exosomes derived from adipose tissue. They contain concentrated unicellular exosomes rich in miRNA, mRNA, and proteins that support cellular repair and regeneration.
-
EVOA delivers 10 trillion MV per 5ml vial.
-
EVOA FX is a 4x concentrated version, offering 40 trillion MV per 5ml.
-
EVOA FR is a frozen formulation with the same cellular origin, available in 1ml, 2ml, and 5ml vials (8T, 16T, and 40T MV respectively).
All EVOA products contain purified exosomes only. They do not contain full stem cells.
Can EVOA be combined with other treatments?
What ingredients are in EVOA?
Yes. EVOA products are often used alongside microneedling, radiofrequency, laser treatments, and other regenerative or aesthetic procedures. For optimal pairing strategies, consult your MedTech Wellness representative.
EVOA Lyophilized Powder includes stem cell condition media, copper tripeptide -1, EVOA Diluent includes distilled water, glycerin, 1,3-propanediol, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol.
How should I store EVOA products?
How long do the products last?
-
EVOA and EVOA FX are lyophilized and shelf-stable at room temperature.
-
EVOA FR can be stored in a regular freezer for up to 30 days, or at -86°C for up to 6 months.
-
Lyophilized products (EVOA, EVOA FX): Long shelf life with proper dry storage (typically up to 24 months)
-
EVOA FR (frozen): Must be stored in a freezer. It has a shelf life of up to 30 days in a regular freezer, or a documented 6 months shelf life when stored at -86°C. Once thawed, it must be used within 24 hours.
Can I refreeze EVOA FR after thawing?
Are these products injectable?
Do EVOA products require cold chain shipping?
What common side effects could be expected?
No. Once thawed, EVOA FR should be used within 24 hours and must not be refrozen.
We recommend discussing use protocols directly with your MedTech Wellness representative.
Only EVOA FR requires cold chain shipping. EVOA and EVOA FX ship without the need for refrigeration.
EVOA products have demonstrated a safety profile consistent with other exosome-based therapies. Side effects are generally minimal and may include temporary redness, mild swelling, or sensitivity at the site of application. Always follow appropriate clinical protocols and patient screening guidelines.
Do I need a medical license to purchase?
How do I place an order?
Yes, a valid U.S. medical license is required to purchase products from our platform. Please contact us to verify your credentials and confirm if you qualify.

How is exosome count measured for EVOA to ensure accuracy and biological relevance?
We use flow-based particle analysis to quantify exosomes in EVOA. Unlike nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) or spectrometry, which measure all particles within a certain size range—regardless of whether they are biologically active—our method targets specific surface proteins found on exosomes. This ensures we are measuring true exosomes with regenerative potential, not just inert particles or extracellular debris. This approach provides a more accurate and functional count, reflecting the actual therapeutic value of the product
Do the fat cells used to extract the exosomes in EVOA come from a deceased donor or a living individual?
The fat cells used to extract exosomes in EVOA are sourced exclusively from healthy, living donors. All donors undergo thorough screening and consent procedures to
ensure the safety and quality of the material.
Yes, EVOA is designed as a single-treatment product. Each vial is intended for use on one patient during one session to ensure optimal efficacy and sterility.
How many aesthetic treatments are there in one EVOA vial? Is it one vial per treatment?
Once reconstituted, how long can the product be stored in the refrigerator?
Once reconstituted, the product should ideally be used immediately. If necessary, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though you can expect approximately 50% reduction in viability after that time.
