Are these products exosomes or stem cells?
EVOA products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) Exosomes derived from adipose tissue. They contain concentrated unicellular exosomes rich in miRNA, mRNA, and proteins that support cellular repair and regeneration.

We use flow-based particle analysis to quantify exosomes in EVOA. Unlike nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) or spectrometry, which measure all particles within a certain size range—regardless of whether they are biologically active—our method targets specific surface proteins found on exosomes. This ensures we are measuring true exosomes with regenerative potential, not just inert particles or extracellular debris. This approach provides a more accurate and functional count, reflecting the actual therapeutic value of the product
